Nursery Fender
D-Shaped wire mesh nursery fender with brass top rail. Adjustable towel rail which pulls out and back in flush with the mesh. Complete with original steel hooks to hold it back against the wall.
English, Mid 19th Century

71cm H, 106cm W, 36cm D. (not including the towel rail)  Internal W 102cm, Total W of rail 117cm.

Condition: Preserved in original condition, the brass with great patina and colour is un-polished.  The rail slides out smoothly, it sits slightly off level.
