Mahogany waterfall shelves
This set of 4 shelves are either free standing graduated to the top, or they can be wall mounted graduated to the scalloped edge at the bottom.
British, late 19th century

Condition: Good honest mahogany shelves with good colour, they have cleaned up nicely and are wax finished.  You can see from the detail photo that the ears at the narrow end have been applied later, they finish the contour of the shaped front edge to the wall to give a pleasing profile.
